At our store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation

To ensure accurate delivery, our team confirms orders through:

  • WhatsApp message

  • Phone call (if WhatsApp confirmation is not received)

Orders that remain unconfirmed may not be dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier services to deliver orders safely, including:

  • Leopards Courier

  • Trax Courier

  • PostEx

The courier partner is selected based on your location and delivery efficiency.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4 to 6 working days depending on the destination city.

Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas or during busy seasons.

Shipping Charges

Some products on our store qualify for free shipping. However, shipping charges may apply on certain items and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order directly from our store using the tracking details provided.

Failed Delivery or Unreceived Orders

Courier companies usually attempt delivery 1–2 times.

If a customer does not receive the parcel after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted

  • Customers may be required to pay shipping charges in advance for future orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan. Payment can be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
