Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue when contacting our support team.

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number

  3. Send photos or video evidence of the issue

After verification, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Exchange Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Exchange with another available item

Exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The ordered item is out of stock

  • A replacement is not available

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Another mutually agreed payment method

Refund processing time is usually 3 to 7 working days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method, as cash cannot be refunded directly.

Failed Delivery / Unreceived Orders

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel or the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Customers who repeatedly fail to receive parcels may be required to pay advance shipping charges for future orders.
